During the initial phase all consortium members have worked to establish a common ground of work and to distribute all project task. The first phase of the Data Literate project is mainly up to INOVA+ and Dataninja with the specific objectives to create a capacity building plan and the course content (by late 2021), then settling how to manage the training of school teachers to be completed by the end of the first project year (April 2022). The creation of a capacity building plan will be tackled by both INOVA+ and Dataninja that will release a first draft. At that point schools will be required to assess and validate the general approach giving feedback and proposing suggestions. Feedback will inform the final release of the capacity building plan, expected to be ready after the summer break.
